Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received a defective product.

• You received an incorrect item.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The delivered size differs from the size ordered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices must be included.

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale events.

• Gift cards or store credits.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

• Products returned without original tags or packaging.

• Personalized or customized products.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong size received

• Defective products

• Damaged products

• Incorrect items delivered

Subject to product availability, customers may exchange for:

• The same product in a different size.

• Another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable by customer).

If the exchanged product has a lower value, the balance amount will be issued as Store Credit.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at support@stylehush.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include:

   • Full Name

   • Order Number

   • Product Name

   • Reason for Return/Exchange

   • Images of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Reverse Pickup

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products:

• StyleHush will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.

For size exchanges or preference-based exchanges:

• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Order cancelled before shipment.

• Product unavailable after order placement.

• Damaged or defective product approved for refund.

• Incorrect item delivered and return approved.

• Return approved but replacement unavailable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival.

StyleHush reserves the right to reject returns if:

• The product shows signs of use.

• Tags or packaging are missing.

• The item is damaged due to customer handling.

• The return request violates this policy.

If a return is rejected, the product may be shipped back to the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may instead request a return according to this policy after delivery.
